  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds Policy:

Exchanges:

All popculturd products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.
